Indian Summer review by Anne Beckwith
We were recommended this restaurant by the barman in the hotel we were staying at,what a mistake,my husband 2 children and myself. On arrival we were greeted and served by a pleasant waiter, the food was fine although overpriced, our problems occcured towards the end of the evening when I noticed the waitress constantly staring over at our table,my children are aged 8 and 11 and certainly know how to behave in a restaurant,as there was only another 2 tables in the restaurant I would have imagined they would have been happy for the buisness, obviously not,my son had not finished the last mouthful of his desert when we were presented with the bill without asking for it,I had particularly wanted to try the Indian tea but this request was totally ignored, the waitress continued to stare rudely at our table. We were made to feel very uncomfortable our evening was totally ruined with a £86 bill!!!!I have never expirenced service like this before and I can only think this waitress is children phobic.I am disgusted at this customer service and would definatly not recommend
