I just ate at Due South for the first time in ages- wow! They have really taken it up a level recently. The local food angle is still big- but I guess it is getting to the point where it's big everywhere these days- but now the actual food is far more sophisticated and adventurous. And, judging from what we ate, it works. The staff were lovely too and made a couple of good wine recommendations. We had a great time and will not leave it so long between visits this time.
