Oki Nami review by Matt

Oki Nami has moved next to Theatre Royal in Brighton. We had heard good reviews so decided to go there for a meal. Our starter was the dumplings which I have to say were delicious, very tasty, obviously home-made but our mains (sizzling platters) I had the "seared" tuna and my other half had the steak, they both came out cold, Tuna was overcooked and very dry not at all "seared" and the steak was very tough and eventually inedible. The good thing is the chef actually made an appearance to apologise and we were given a discount off the food bill. I think the sizzling platters were cold due to the poor service from the two waiters. A bit of customer service (from serving staff) wouldn't go amiss.
