Seattle Bar and Restaurant (formerly Cafe Paradiso) review by D Brown

The restaurant is a large open plan, glass fronted place with views over the Brighton Marina. The service though slow to begin with was excellent. Our Itallienne waitress was very friendly and efficient.

The menu is not large but the food was well prepared and served, though the starters were in some cases a bit noveau cusine i.e. small.

The main courses were very satisfying and the deserts were excellent.

The bill came to approximately £40 each (10 people) but that was probably more down to the consumption of wine and beer.

Overall an excellent evening and I would definately recommend this restaurant to everyone.
