Emperor of China Restaurant review by Alan Wan
Been there a few times for dim sum and think the food is great for UK standards (I visit Hong Kong twice a year and have the real deal). What surprises me is how quiet it is on a Sunday lunchtime which is usually the busiest period for dim sum.
