My wife and i went to Piero's for the first time last week and were very pleasantly surprised by this cosy family-run Italian in the heart of Brighton. Great atmosphere, friendly service and exceptional value for money. Food-wise it's hard to beat in the area. I went for pasta siciliana, pollo piero and the home made strawberry mousse, and i'll be back for more of the same very soon.

i've been using piero's for about 15 years now. i first started going with my cricket team for their annual dinner! the food is second to none in brighton - the veal in lemon sauce is one of the best dishes i've had anywhere - but what marks this place out is the personal service. jennie makes you feel so welcome, and will remember your name on your second visit. it is definitely my favourite restaurant in this country, let alone this city.

The first time in Brighton I found this interesting looking Eatery, but being vegeterian I wasnt sure. However I was so superbly accomodated by Mrs Jennie that I try and visit every time I'm in the new city. Dont forget the Bonofi pie: like ya mother makes......brilliant

The Chef knows how to cook too, which makes for a great night out and beats the chain restaurants which tend to be boring and have chefs that seem to only make standard fare.

A bit of a Brighton institution! The Italian husband and British wife team running this place have been here a long time which is always a good sign! You won't be disappointed! Lots of Italian favourites are here and they are done well. They also have a set price menu which is very good and excellent value for money. Service is attentive and friendly. The only thing I worry about is that this is such a small restaurant that I might not get a table if I turn up without booking. A nice place worth knowing.
