Chilka House

Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming restaurant.
The service was prompt and friendly. The menu had extensive choice; alongside the usual Indian dishes were various Goanese dishes. We chose the Goanese specialities from the menu; these were tasty and beautifully spiced. Unlike the fare in many Indian restaurants, where every dish looks and tastes the same, here every dish was distinct and interesting.
Definitely recommend to those who like real-tasting food.

Very disappointing, used to be good. Most of the food was just about passable, but the lamb was inedible. Mentioning this to the management provoked a very negative response!
