Havana Restaurant & Bar

I recently visited Havana with my partner for a nice evening out, and we were not disappointed.

The food is just so delicious. We were served by a very nice waitress who was very knowledgeable with the menu and very friendly, she was very professional and not in your face.

Fantastic evening and very beautiful and elegant place, will most definitely be returning.

The food is lovely at this restaurant and it is worth the cost, but I have to say the service is not up to standard, the restaurant was not busy at all so you would expect them to be a bit more attentive. They seem complacent almost and need a push to bring the service back to the standard this restaurant deserves.

Went for Sunday lunch, food was fantastic, but the service seemed complacent. Our wine was put in a cold bucket away from our table but the glasses never re-filled by our waiter. Had to wait quite a while to be served. I would also expect coats to be handed to you and held whilst you put them on, not just dumped on the nearest chair for you to sort through. The food sort of made up for the poor service but I would have liked more effort made!

Couldn't agree more.

This place is lovely. Beautifully decorated, clean, bright and very upmarket but very reasonable.

The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. If only we had gone here first.

A few of us ate at Havana celebrate Christmas Day. It was a complete and wonderful experience. We arrived for lunch and we were not disappointed. The place felt really warm and inviting and really set the mood for our Christmas day Lunch. The service was friendly and very professional, the food was beautifully presented and tasted yummmmmy. Great day out, will most definitely return…thank you Havana for a great Christmas Day.

Had an absolutely perfect evening here with my boyfriend for a special occasion! The food was equisite, the staff friendly and polite, the cocktails yummy and the ambience and live music made the whole experience fantastic. I visited Hotel du Vin recently with my work and Havana beat even that by miles in terms of food, service and almosphere! Thank you. We will definitely be back to Havana.

Having been to havana a few times previously I was really looking forward to an evening with friends there last night. Our friends were really looking forward to it having heard about it from myself and my husband.

VERY dissapointed at all levels and didn't even eat there in the end yesterday due to the very poor service. We found ourselves having to find elsewhere to eat at 10.30!

Arrived for our meal (as booked) at 9.30. We were asked to take a seat in the lounge and then waited 10 minutes before even being asked what drinks we wanted. We then waited a further 15 mins to get the drinks. By this time it was almost 10pm. We were then led to our table (with our coats still not being taken). At 10.15 we were still waiting for waiter service. By this point having been so appalled at the service we decided to leave. Havana made no effort at all to rectify the situation or compensate other than to say we didn't have to pay for the 1 drink we each had (which i wouldn't have paid for anyway to be honest following that!).

A group of us visited Havana recently for a night out. We were quite a large group and it was my first visit here. The evening went down a real treat. The food was great, and the waiter who served us was very professional, and friendly, and the place had a real buzz about it. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend visiting, Thank you Havana for a great evening.

My Fiancée and I recently dined at Havana to celebrate our anniversary and we had a thoroughly great night. We first chilled out in the cocktail lounge with some great pre dinner cocktails, before being escorted to our seats. The food and service were just exceptional and the ambiance very relaxed & romantic indeed. Great evening would definitely recommend.
