Staying at the Hilton in Brighton for weekend, checked the nearest chinese cuisine around corner, food and service is lovely. Been there twice, nice environment.

Holiday Inn Brighton suggest China Garden for us. 1st time visit, staff and food is fantastic, lovely waitress and the recommend was high rated. Excellent. Definetely go back.

Lovely Food. Staff Was Great And Friendly. Atmosphere Was Very Nice Because Of The Man Playing The Piano.
I Know This Sounds Weird But The Toilets Were Excellent And Clean !

As a vegetarian going out for chinese food is usually a great disappointment. However this places is great! Enjoyed everything we ordered. had the selection of starters, all of which was superb and a couple of mains. Service was friendly and fast. Definately going back.

Dim Sum is definitely the best in Brighton, Lovely place with friendly service, chinese tea is serving for free. I love this place.

Had a great lunch at china garden this afternoon, the dim-sum menu is second to none especially the scallop dumpling, all of which went well with tea and wine.
The service was really good; the atmosphere calming which leaves you feeling contented and happy.
