So after reading the favourable reviews on this site I thought I would give this place a go.

I tend to agree with most of the other reviews here; the food is tasty and is excellent value for money. However I must point out that most items on the menu come served with either plain rice or a choice of noodles, and the portions are a good size too. This means (with the exception of the appetisers) that buying one item off the menu constitutes an entire meal. When I visited, and against the advice of the waitress, I ordered two main dishes for myself (I really wanted to try more then one thing off the menu). I ordered Malaysian Style Pork with Kai Lam and Beef in Black Bean Sauce with Crispy Noodles and I nearly managed to eat both meals at a push, but when I come here again I will only order one.

I have eaten better Chinese meals but not in this price range, and whilst value for money doesn’t mean you will enjoy the food (such as all-you-can-eat buffets) I did enjoy my meal. Most meals with plain rice or noodles are under a fiver so perhaps the best value meal I have ever had – I look forward to my next visit!

I love china china. Me and my boyfriend have been going there for about 6 years, and we regualrly take our daughter, 2 and a half, and son, one atleast once a month for a huge pig out. Thw staff are extremely friendly and spoil our kids rotten whenever we go. The food is amazing - I highly recommend the king prawn malaysian curry, malaysian style port with kai lam, or pork and preserved duck egg porrige. Great food and great value, can't see how you could not help but enjoy it!

I have never had such bad food in a restaurant. Two dishes had hair in them the rest were uneatable anyway. Unfortunate as I had taken my two children there as an introduction to chinese food.

Been in Brighton for 4 years as a student and I can't believe that I'd never been here before yesterday. So much time wasted that I could have used eating at this great place!

The food here is so good, has a great variety of dishes, and more importantly is cheap (£4.50 a dish) and comes in large portions. They even have dim sum! Yay! The service is fast and friendly, from the moment that they greet you to when you leave.

If there are any other students looking for somewhere to eat a quick or long, lunch or dinner, forget McDonald's or those high priced restruants, this is the place you want to visit.

China China is the best value for money you can get. There is always an abundance of chinese students eating there which to me shows that they know what they are doing!!! A must for food, but expect to be in and out as food served very quickly (great service for some!).

Absolutly fabulous! been there about 10 times since i found it a few months ago cant wait to get back there to eat and socialise, Im arranging a party of ladies as we type for early April,great food, great service, great price, side veggies very good, all the usual trimming of hankies.mints fortune cookies... and so very fast. We will be back!

Always full of chinese people so must be good. Ate there once and the food literally came within 1 minute which is a bit worrying but it tasted fine and i wasn't ill afterwards so i reckon it was ok! Good basic cheap and very fast food!!
