One of the best ways to spend a Birthday!

The waitresses were lovely, the food was arrived promptly and delicious as expected. Cant wait to go back!

(I advise you to go early evening if you want to have a choice of tables.)

My husband and I visited Brighton Pagoda 6 weeks ago and can still remember how delicious the food was. The service was efficient and the staff were helpful. This was the first time we visited the place and we still talk about it now. There is still so much we want to try that we can't wait to eat there again next time we are in Brighton.

Just wanted to say we had a lovely meal at the Pagoda last weekend. Very enjoyable and can't wait to go back again.

I wouldnt normally waste my time on writing reviews for restaurants but i have some strong thoughts on this one!

I have wanted to visit the pagoda restaurant in brighton marina for ages and finally booked a table there last weekend... what a disappointment. Firstly we had to wait around for an empty table as they had not written down our booking, eventually we were shown to our table by a very abrupt and rude waitress. when the food eventually arrived on our table, one of the items was missing and we had to ask another one of the rude waitresses if we could have something to eat off, as they forgot to bring plates, we waited 5 minutes for the plates and in the end had to go up and ask 2 more waitresses before they eventually came over with them, no apology. The food was pretty poor, no flavour, tasted like it had been heated up in the microwave.

We asked for the bill and when it arrived there were 3 items on there which we had not ordered, maybe just a coincidence that one items was a very expensive seafood dish, the other 2 items were a started which we ordered and never recieved but got charged twice for!! anyway we went to speak to the main waitress about this and to cut an already long story short, after 15 minutes she agreed to take off the items that we hadnt ordered... how kind!

If you fancy awful service, terrible food and a few extra items on your bill... then head on down to the pagoda.

I recently organised my friend's birthday at the Brighton Pagoda and had a fabulous time. The staff attended to our every needs and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the set menu C which had a good selection of Cantonese and Malaysian dishes as well as the vegetarian menu with braised aubergines in sea spiced sauce. It was a wonderful experience and will go back to try out the seafood specials.
