Far and away the best Indian meal we've had outside India! The lemon and ginger rice is simply stunning and the vegetarian options are superb. Check out the garlic chili mushrooms in particular. Excellent service and ambience.

We booked for a table of 10 people. There were only 6 other customers in the restaurant. I didn't get my starter. We had to wait over an hour between the starter and the main course. The rice was served 5 minutes after the curry, by which time the curry was cold. The food did taste great but was let down by the service. I think I'll stick with Raj Pavilion down the road!

I host a regular curry night with a group of friends and we meet on the first Thursday of every month and there is usually about 10 of us. We have explored every curry house in Brighton and this restaurant definitely sits proud up there with the best of them. Everything is delicious, everything is fresh and it catered well for a larger group of us - it was also inexpensive. Try the dosa and the Spicey Prawns. A great Indian restaurant and we are going back there to watch the World Cup Football in June if not before.
