absolutely appalling service. Meal delivered without rice. Was told rice would take 10 minutes more to deliver so waited. 25 minutes later still no rice and food had gone cold. Called up and asked for a refund. Was then given a £3 refund for the rice. No apology. Asked to be refunded for the main which had also gone cold at this point. Was refused. Asked to speak to manager, was refused. Person turned up at door 15 minutes later with a refund in hand but requested to be retuned the meal which had now been put in the bin, so refused to issue the refund as I could not supply the meal in the tub. Surely that was not the point?!

This was the first and last order I will ever be making and would suggest you never make a first!
