Angus Steak Houses
your comments review this restaurant
I visited the Angus instead of my usual Chinese and Indian haunts when away from home on business as I really fancied something simple. You can't get much simpler than a plain steak, chips and a side order of mushrooms. The difference is in the quality of the steak, the way it is cooked and the service. All were exemplary ! Probably the tastiest sirloin I've had in years, cooked medium as requested, slightly pink and warm in the centre with a generous portion of chips, side salad and grilled mushrooms. Light and airy atmosphere, attentive staff and quality food. It appears that the restaurant is run by the same proprieter as the the Good Friend Chinese Restaurant - say no more.
