Restaurant at The De Vere Grand

Booked afternoon tea at the Grand to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. Requested table in terrace / conservatory at the front - but was placed in 'afterthought' room at book with two tables of different heights shoved together. Food poor and overpriced. But worst of all had to put up with baby having nappy changed at table behind us. Staff indifferent and uncaring. Never again.
