Recently stayed at the Thistle Brighton and ate in The Promenade Restaurant. I can only say "eat there if you can" - it's fabulous. Had a wonderful meal and first class service. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Could not fault any of the 3 courses we had. Well priced as well. I look forward to dining there again when I am next in Brighton. I just hope they keep the same chef.
Wonderful view facing the sea front, good wine, what more could you want?
