Las Iguanas

My husband and I love this restaurant - the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and they do 2 for 1 cocktails on some nights (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) which is great. We've been for a quiet dinner and found it a good place to chat and enjoy a mid-week meal, and also been there for a night out with friends on the weekend. The atmosphere is great - fun and friendly. We've always found the service good and reliable. One of my favourites!

I went there with the 'no tail' last night for our anniversary. We opted to go for a selection from the Tapas menu and got the Spicy Prawns, Calamari, Piri-Piri Chicken, the Duck Wraps, the tuna/lobster/crayfish combo, the melted cheese and mushroom bowl, some refried beans and some jalepeno's to pick at on the side. Its one of the rare times with Tapas when every dish ordered has been of equally excellent quality. Another stroke of luck was the 2-4-1 cocktails all night meaning for around £60 we got stuffed and each had a go on all the cocktails in the offer. Decor and lighting is very pleasant and yeah nice atmos all round really.

Only slight down point was the Banoffi Pie which was very smaller for just shy of a fiver

as we entered the restraunt we felt welcome and there was a nice ambience and the decour was very warming, the food was delighfull and mouth watering and was just the right amount of food per course to fill you up but leave room for the next course, the waitress as very polite and atentive and and the price was less than i exspected for the quality over all and we will be coming back very soon

I love this place, its fun, exciting and the service i great. The food is nice with a varied menu. Its mainly meat based but the vegetarian stuff is good too.

T recommend getting the nachos to start, normally I am not a fan but these really changed my mind!

My only negative is sometimes the noise gets a bit loud as its linked to the bar.

My partner and I, as well as friends have eaten here about 6 times in 2006, and we love very visit! The atmosphere is lively and the food is flavoursome. On every visit the service has been prompt and very friendly, if you want to give your taste buds an introduction to Latin America here is the perfect place to start! If you’re after a bargain, checkout Happy Hour!

It's great to find a central/south American restaurant (and a chain one at that) with a little more inspiration. The menu is much more varied than the usual Mexican, although those who like the basics are catered for. Additionally, the Brazilian and other South American items are interesting, freshly cooked, and taste great. Good lunch deals, friendly service, and a tasteful dining area with character. Will definitely be back!
