Wicked pie & mash, best coffee I know (Redroaster beans apparently) and some great interesting beers too. Used to come often for lunch and now noticed they open evenings too. Great value either way. Lives up to the hype of the Observer award they apparently won.

Best pies on the planet! Well, can't say I've tried them all, but they're pretty darn good. If you're eating in they come with a generous portion of fluffy mash and peas or a healthy salad (apparently you can get the whole shebang in a box to take away too). Properly cold beer, friendly staff up for a chat and wicked coffee. Need I say more?
