Caruso is an excellent traditional Italian in Brighton. A little way out of town but well worth the cab ride. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere has a buzz and the food was superb. The Spaghetti Vongole was especially tasty. The wine was good at a very good price, we will definitely be going back.

Brilliant Restaurant. Me and my Girlfriends favourite by far.
The Service is great, the waiters are so friendly and happy. Very good food, prices are great and the restuarant is very cosy and warm.
Italian run, Proper Italian food and Italian Music!
