After trying all the Brighton and Hove worthy indian restaurants I can confirm this is the best by far, the lamb byriani normally a very mundane dish was superb, with the lamb being tender and tasty. The people there are very friendly and helpful and the prices reasonable for the quality. Thanks, SAB

Each dish that we have had from here, (either eating in or taking away), has always been of good quality. No matter which dish we try there is always a distinct difference in taste from the previous. Just the way it should be. The popadoms and the salad that comes with them are always crispy fresh.

May I suggest our particular favourite "House Special - ganges special massala". It's tender breast of chicken cooked in mild spices with mincemeat and garnished with fried onions and fried potato. Utterly scrummy!!!

It's a shame they don't deliver, but well worth the drive.

Have only eaten as take-away and was a big fan. Lately I fell the standards are slipping. I feel my last chicken madras would have tasted better if I had made it myself from a jar!

This has lead me to look elsewhere.....shame!

Vegetable dhansak, awesome. Always polite, very fast takeaway. Definately better than next door curry house.

We are regualrs here - one a week visit, and though we have tried other Indians in Hove, they never come up to the same high quality for food and service.

Service is superb and friendly. Is not rushed like some Indians. The food is excellent, try the tikka Dansak. Get there early for the best table in the window.
