I am a Thai student and study at University of Brighton. I have visited to The King and I Thai Restaurant with my friends. I am very impressed with the services and authentic Thai foods. Me and my friends had spared ribs, Pad Thai with prawns and steamed fish with garlic and chili as a real Thai taste which reminded me of my beloved country. During we had a meal we had an opportunity to watch Thai Classical Dancing Show about 5 minutes. This is a good idea of entertaining and promoting Thai culture. It is not many place do this in the restaurant. Moreover, the total of the bill is not too expensive for student to afford. I would like to highly recommend this restaurant all my friends to come and try.

My friends and I had dinner here yesterday. We had baked mussels and spare ribs as our starters. It was very impressive. There's Thai classical dance show the night we went there. It was very beautiful and the service was friendly. But they spoke to each other a bit loud. Anyway, I would like to recommend this restaurant. I'm sure I'll be there again.

We had a meal here a few weeks ago. The service was not very good, the food was mushy and the soup we had looked as if it had come from the kitchen sink.

We had a meal here on a Saturday evening and thought the food was excellent. We've spent a lot of time in Thailand and thought the food was authentic. On a Saturday evening they have a Thai dancer who performed for about 10 minutes. I found this fascinating and there was an opportunity to talk to her afterwards. The service was attentive and prompt.

I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We were visiting Brighton and dropped in for Sunday lunch as there was a special lunch menu advertised. We wished we had listened to the alarm bells that rang as we walked into an empty restaurant, but sadly we didn't. The food was of poor quality - overcooked vegetables, greasy noodles and some seafood that was awful. The facilities were poor with no soap or hand drying facilities in the gents. We clarified the price with the staff three times before ordering but were nonetheless overcharged. When we queried this the smiles and politeness instantly changed to swearing and insults. This establishment is to be avoided at all costs.
