Brilliant, brilliant meal. four of us, one vegetarian, all going for the first time. had the banquet option and were blown away. lots of food, lots of subtle flavour, lots of wonderful authentic dishes right down to the tea at the end. great value. the sausages were my favourite but all of it was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was lovely and so were the staff. completely won over and going back soon!!!

For all vegetarians thinking of dining at The Blue Man, don't hold your breath. Unless you are a meat eater, I reckon you will be very disappointed. I certainly was. I ordered the vegetarian Tajine, the only veggie option for a main course. The only bit of flavour I could detect in the dish was the slice of orange, which was clearly supposed to be decorative! The dish was completely flavourless. Bland bland bland. We looked over to the table next to us, and their food looked absolutely divine, only it wasn't vegetarian. So, unless you're an omnivore, I reckon you shouldn't bother, they certainly don't put any effort into their vegetarian food. It's a shame, the place seemed lovely otherwise.

I have to disagree with the review left yesterday. I was part of a party of 6 at the Blue Man on Saturday evening. Whilst I did need to speak with the waiting staff about our order as there seemed to be a communication problem - the food cannot be faulted. Everyone in our party agreed that the food was outstanding. It's all cooked fresh and totally authentic (I visited Marrakesh in October and tried many of the dishes available).
We were even able to drink exactly the same wine and beer that we had in Morocco.
So if you're fed up of the usual Italian, Indian or Chinese cuisine, try the Blue Man!

Prior to going, I read THESE reviews and others like them and I was very excited. Great ambiance and all .......but the food was so, SO: boring.........first of all the menu says "you will be served apetizers whilst you choose your order" or something of the sort and what were the appetizers? a handful of oiled chickpeas. The food was nondescript, boring and BLAH....I expected a lot better. A LOT lot better, it was a sad event for the palette.
