Casalingo Restaurant

We were intrigued to try this place after reading so many great reviews and we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was buzzing, the service was slick and very friendly and the food was excellent. All in all a wonderful dining experience. Just can't wait for an excuse to go back!

Jammed in between two big steak houses, we have always missed Casalingo.

What a shame!!!

We have been living in Brighton for the past 18 months and on tuesday we discovered this exceptional Italian Restaurant.

The food was yummy, served efficiently by a young man that never stopped smiling, it was obvious he enjoyed his job, we noticed he was tucking in a huge plate of pasta in a corner table at the end of our meal, we were the last couple in the restaurant. The athmospere was truly Italian, the chatting between the waiters made you feel you were in Tuscany somewhere.

We will recommend the Casalingo as the best Italian in the city.

What a hidden jem!!!

We stayed in brighton for 4 nights and only found Casalingo on our last night, what a shame!!!

on a suggestion of the porter of our hotel we had a great experience at Casalingo restaurant. Good food, nice atmosphere & friendly service. What else can you ask.We did particularly enjoy the good sense of humour from the waiter...he also suggested a good bottle of wine BARBERA. Thank you Casalingo.

What a gem of a Restaurant. Italian food like "Mamma use to cook". Well done to the owners for creating such a good atmosphere.

Live in London but would drive to Brighton just to eat at this restaurant! Wonderful food, great service and an amazing atmoshphere. The food is good quality and obviously cooked by someone who cares - the wine list is extensive and well suited to the menu.
