Buddies

We had a lovely night at Buddies the staff spoke very good English, in fact the guy who served us was English. The food was good. there was fourteen of us and we were very well looked after. we had various meals from the large menu, i had the mixed grill which was excellent, they had a corona night on so we had 5 buckets plus wine the total bill for starters main plus drinks was £17.00 a head - don't think it could be beaten for value.

Buddies is the place to go especially if your in group it had variety for all and deals on buckets of corona not a place for romantics,but the food was good and not small portions as in some places.

Easter saturday we had a lovely meal at this restaurant,my wife stated with calamaris,i the mussels,i followed withrib eye steak my wife with the seabass all the meals were presented well, our children ate from the childrens menu which there was a good choice.the waiter who served us was great and checked halfway through our meal if everything was ok. well done we will come again.

The Chef Robert Cheesman Is Amazing !..The Atmosphere Is Lovely , I Went There In The Summer When Sophie Cheesman Was Working And She Was So Kind And Very Polite! We Had a Lovely Meal And I Would Definatley Go Again!

Just spent a weekend in Brighton and ate at Buddies on both nights. Friday night had the cod and chips, friend had the steak sandwich. Fries were lovely, home made coleslaw with both meals. Atmosphere really nice, friendly, modern. Food lovely. Went back on Sat night. Both had a dish of mussels. Absolutely loads, in a lovely ceramy sauce. Just loved the place, the staff, everything about this restaurant plus excellent value for money. No pricey at all. Would definitely recommend and would go back.
