As a Marina resident I can't believe all the negative reviews about this restaurant. We eat here at least once a fortnight and the food and service are always consistently good. Its always packed out - surely an indication of its popularity. Ignore the negative comments - try it for yourselves!

i want there monday 3 sept ,yeasterday was my sister birthaday and we decide to got to bella napoli, we was reccomended by friends,unfortunaly we had very bad service and the waiter didnt care of us very much,and when we ask for the bill he almost was asking for tips.......never again

I had a meal there a few night ago, saturday night. The waiter was clearly unhappy with the amount of stress. Will never go there again. Also I saw the chefs smoking out the back of the kitchen which isn't to impressionable. Will never go again.

I went there yesterday at 6pm just after they opened. As residents in the marina we have eaten there before, we decided to have dessert. Our waiter was not impressed that we just wanted dessert. He was an arrogant sod. He brought us the wrong dessert and when we said to him that the order was wrong he replied that they only had this dessert. I wasn't happy nor was the wife!

She didnt eat hers and it was taken off the bill.

I hope that they read this as they shouldnt employ just arrogant staff. If you dont like to give customer care then dont bother working in a restaurant.

I will never go there again, service is crap! Sack that man!

Avoid Saturday nights. I went a couple of Sundays ago and it was fine - nothing special but pleasant enough. Last Saturday (19/8/06) was a very depressing experience. Mediocre food, far too noisy and tables crushed together. They delivered the meals 10 minutes apart and gave the very real impression that they want you to eat as fast as you can so they can use the table again. We had booked - I pity the people that waited to get a table!
