I have eaten in a number of curry restaurants and without doubt the Shahi is my favourite. Have been going there now for 7 years and been oredering deliveries since they became available.
The menu choice has been extended now including some delicious fish dishes, never had a bad one and the food is mighty fine.
When dining at the restaurant the staff always make me feel really welcome and they know a number of the regulars and greet them by name. Altogether a marvellous dining in and home eating experience.
Keep up the good work, the Shahi is the king of currys!

i think shahi is the best in town, been coming here for a long time and i think the food is the best. the staff are very kind and helpful, the best service. i recommend shahi to everyone.

Went to Shahi last night based on the good reviews and on it being in the top ten. I feel that the experience could have been a lot better. The food was fine but nothing special, maybe better than the majority in Brighton. Service was very average - found the waiters surly and unapproachable. Would recommend a take-away from them but not the dining experience.

I have eaten at Shahi since the day it opened (when we got a free round of brandies) and think it is the best. Especially sine they started delivering. Easily the best in Brighton.

I have eaten in and had it delivered and can honestly it's the best indian there is the staff are nice it is very very clean which is tops for me and the food is fantastic highly recommend *******

Excellent! Very, very good curries - the hottest dishes are hot enough to keep any enthusiast very happy!! Very nice people, and their takeaways are great too - fast delivery.
