I went to this restaurant a couple of days ago and it was SUPERB me and my family went here for my 18th birthday and had a great night out. The food was out of this world! the service was also great and the waiters are very friendly. The manager of memories of India has done a great thing with the restaurant its also very luxurious. DEFINATELY coming here again. I would also recommend this restaurant to the Indian food lovers out there!

I have visited Memories more times than I can remember and its been consistently good especially since it it re-opened. The food is of a really high standard and the staff are friendly and welcoming. In my opinion one of the best indian restaurants in Brighton.

Went to Memories Of India with a group Monday night. How wonderful to have something on your doorstep. Took some business clients, boy were they impressed. Couple of them live in Southall. They were raving about it the next day which says a lot. What a gem we have. The food, decor, ambience and the service is top class. I have lived in Brighton for the last 30 years, no other restaurant can ever touch Memories of India. They have changed the menu with new additions. The variety is excellent, i have not seen a menu like this, so many lovely choices to choose from. I can not wait till more clients to be entertained at Memories.

My favourite Indian Restaurant has re-opened. We were devastated when Memories of India closed for a while. We tried all the Indian Restaurants in Brighton but, nothing could be compared to Memories of India. That’s when we realised you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. But thank god it has re-opened. We went there Saturday night, me, my partner and two other friends. The food is even better than before. I don’t know what they have done but, it’s absolutely fantastic. On the new menu I had a Goan Green Chicken Curry and it was phenomenal. If you like it spicy this is the one to go for. My partner had the Murg Makni which is butter chicken and she loved it. My friend had the Lamb shank dish, I can’t remember what it’s called but, he said it was the best he had tasted. His partner had Lamb chops in a gravy sauce, I can’t think what its called but, she said she loved it. The service has improved so much. Welcome back Memories of India we missed you so much. Overall everything was superb.

It's really not that bad! Eaten on three occasions - twice with friend/partner in the evening and once at lunchtime Sunday buffet with the kids.
Food and surroundings were nice, service seemed fine - not that friendly but not dreadful.
Buffet was great value and my six-year old loves it!

quite simply the worst curry i and the rest of my party had to endure the other night. my girlfriend had a chicken biriyani which sadly lacked flavour and more important lacked chicken. i had a chilli chicken which was all onions and no flavour. the headwaiter was nowhere to be seen and it took half an hour to get the bill. anyone could make a better curry than this place so take my advice. dont do it

Went for lunch here on Saturday. Been here a few times before and I like it. I like the Marina, the large space that is the restaurant, the service which is attentive and not overbearing and most importantly, the food. Had a prawn dish with huge butterfly prawns. The food seemed fresh and really nice. The garlic nan tasted just the right sort of doughy, rice was nice and generally a very pleasant experience. The price is probably higher than a lot of places in the area, but then you are paying for atmosphere which, in my opinion, is worth it. I would recommend.
