This is an excellent restaurant - only the frontage lets it down. The food was top quality and the service was efficient without being intrusive, I can't wait to go back to Brighton to visit here again.

This place is attrocious. My stomach is still churning now. The food was horrible and unnecesaarily salty, that is to say by the time we actually recieved our food, after it being sent to the wrong end of the table. The staff speak little amounts of fragmented english, even simple phrases like 'vanilla ice cream' become a chore.
The service was rubbish, they didnt know what they were doing and the staff are mind blowingly incompetant and not to mention somewhat arogant. The service was certainly not worth paying for, had it of been down to me they would have not got a penny for it.,not to mention the food was over priced aswell - youd expect something nice for that amount of money..

You could easily walk straight past Lee Cottage - it has a slightly shabby look to it, but don't let that put you off. We went for a meal on a Saturday night and the place was busy, we were glad we had booked a table. The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, and the food was delicious. Unlike a buffet which sits and goes cold, you order off a special menu which had plenty of choice and arrived at our table piping hot and freshly cooked.
We were very impressed with this restaurant and will definitely go again when we're back in Brighton!

In my opinion its the best chinese in town ^_^ theyre service is great and the food amazing! ive been loads, recently for the 6.95 lunch buffet on a sunday which was all cooked from menu with shared starters (which were really generous) and tonight with my workmates we're going for the 15 pound all you can eat :) ive been numerous times for the normal meals and its always been fanastic. if your a veggie the menus can seem a little limited but just ask and they'll have another option for you.

Excellent Chinese food. The only Chinese food that I have been to up to now (since November 06) is this one and I don't think I would change. They do home delivery aswell. Highly reccomended.

The food is always cooked to perfection, the staff are attentive and it is great value for money. I would highly recommend this restaurant, as it is the best Chinese in Brighton! There is an ala carte menu or 'All you can eat menu' to choose from priced at only £13.80 per person. Unlike buffets that are cold & disgusting, you order fom the menu.
