My dad and I regularly go to the Aberdeen and we have been for the past three years. But since it has come under new management and they have replaced the staff, the whole restrarant has gone down hill. Firstly the service was terrible! It took half and hour for our food to come and we where litlery the only people in there! The waiter we had was rude and unprofessional. My dad and I both ordered a rare steak and we got, what looked like a pathetic asda price steak that was cooked way past being rare. And what we ordered cost way more than it used to. If they carry on like this the restaurant is just going to keep going down hill. I can promise that we will not be going there again.

Just arrived home to London but have to say that we both thought the steak was awful! It was tough and of poor quality, also the rest of the meal was of very low standard. We arrived at 6pm with not another person eating in their nor did anyone arrive whilst we were there . The staff were very polite but the wait for the meal was also bad, we had nearly drank our bottle of wine.

The decor is disgusting and so are the toilets. The whole place needs a thorough clean although we were told it was about to be revamped! It takes not a lot of effort to clean the place!

The steaks ended up being folded into our napkins and we brought them home for the dog! All in all a terrible experience but we felt sorry for the staff who have to work in those conditions!

Visited early on a Friday evening, only one other table occupied which we should have taken as a warning. Waited five minutes before we were asked if we would like a drink, the waiter also took our food orders. Ten minutes later our drinks were finally served. After half an hour we had finished our drinks but our steaks had not arrived. Decided to wait and not walk out and ten minutes later our food was eventually served. Steaks were very average, a few chips, peas and 3 different sauces which were also average, my garlic sauce bore little taste of any garlic. My medium steak was bloody, tough and did not appear to have been rested. During the time we were there, no other customers arrived which surprised us since it had been busy on our last two visits early this year. This restaurant appears to have reverted to the problems it had with the previous owners? I.e, poor service and food. Is there anybody out there who can raise this steak house back to the standards it had in years gone by!
