Caffe Nero (Nile St)

My wife and I drop in most weekends for a coffee due to its great location. However, the staff have since changed and it always feels like there just aren't enough people working - it's also really slow now.

My main concern is that it has got steadily more and more dirty! The loo's are filthy (despite the little frame with the signature of the last member of staff that ran a cloth round the sink). Look in any corner and it will be dirty - they also don't take away old cups form tables for ages at a time.

Thank heavens they boil nearly everything they serve.
