Cafe Motu is just round the corner from our offices which is a god send when everyone's a little peckish. We normally call and order sandwiches to takeaway, they don't take long to prepare and are always delicious!

Costing around £3.20 per sandwich they're really good value as well, we'd all highly recommend you try the Fish finger and egg on brown!

This cafe is my favourite place to stop for a bite every time I visit Brighton. Ok, so it's not the flashest decor or the most sophisticated cuisine but, and it's a big but, the service is great and the food is smashing, hearty and inexpensive.

You can get the usual, cooked brekkie things or try something a little different, such as Welsh Rarebit or a toasted ciabatta. You can even get a smashing fish finger sandwich!

The bonus of Cafe Motu is the fantastic cup of tea. Seriously good.
